§1 General Information
(1) The data administrator is Ramzi Nameh, doing business under the name: “NAMTOR Ltd.”. NIP: 9731082247, REGON: 52068115000000, KRS: 0000930245, Address: Kazimierza Wielkiego 7/5 Street, 65-047 Zielona Góra, Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
(2) For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of Terms and Conditions shall be used, or as described in the Privacy Policy, (if it follows directly from the description).
(3) For the purpose of better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” is replaced by “You”, “Administrator” by “We”. The term “RODO” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
4 We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. Among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used for this purpose.

§2. Administrator Danych
1 The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that we process your data like: name, surname, email address, phone number, IP address.
2. personal data is processed:
a. in accordance with data protection regulations,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, amendment or termination thereof, and proper implementation of Services provided electronically,
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
(3) Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
(4) Contact with the person in charge of personal data processing in the Service Provider’s organization is possible by e-mail at: administrator@namtor.eu
(5) We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data.
(6) The Service Provider shall have the right to share the User’s personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
(7) The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
(8) The Service Provider shall not make personal data available to other entities than those authorized under applicable law.
9 Personal data shall be processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we work closely.
§3 Cookies
1 The http://www.namtor.eu/ website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device from which the user is connecting. The parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information they contain. Cookies facilitate, therefore, the use of previously visited sites. The information collected relates to IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, ISP, time and date information, location, and information sent to the site via a contact form.

Session cookies: are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the session of a given browser ends. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. §4 Purposes and basis of processing
The purposes of processing your data are specified. As the Administrator, we will process your data for:
1. acceptance of your order, conclusion and execution of the contract (provision of services), direct marketing of the services offered,
2. our legitimate interest in processing your data for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending possible claims (Article 6(1)(fRODO),
3. to carry out all necessary activities related to the full guarantee of security,
4. archiving data on concluded contracts, placed orders and reported complaints,
5. to send responses to reported comments, letters, requests, objections, complaints,
6. part of your data, such as: name, surname, locality, image on photos and videos will be visible to other users of the website and social media.
§5 Information on forms
(1) The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
(2) In addition, the Service may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

4 The person who fills in the enrollment form has the right to inspect, modify and request the cessation of processing of his/her data at any time.
§6 Right to object
(1) You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data described above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that there are valid legitimate grounds for us to process your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data is necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims.
(2) You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. If you exercise this right – we will stop processing your data for this purpose.Data processing until you withdraw your consent remains lawful.

Your personal data resulting from contracts concluded or letters sent will be processed for:
1. the period for which services are provided;
2. the period that is necessary to defend the Administrator’s interests;
3. the period for which consent has been granted;
4. the period for which legislation may oblige the Ramzi Nameh entity to process data for a specific period of time (e.g., the Accounting Act);

6. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
